Mihai's leadership journey includes serving as the President of WorldatWork, a global nonprofit association for compensation and benefits professionals. During his tenure, he spearheaded strategic initiatives that expanded the organization’s global footprint, enhanced membership value and modernized its operations, achieving record growth and member satisfaction.
In addition, Mihai has been an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), a global nonprofit for CEOs and presidents, since 2016. His contributions to managing key aspects of this renowned organization further underscore his expertise in mission-driven leadership and advancing impactful initiatives.
Mihai is deeply inspired by the idea of helping people and organizations whose mission is to help others. Having experienced firsthand the challenges nonprofits face daily, he is personally committed to addressing critical operational gaps that can hinder their impact. He founded Optivate Solutions with the belief that by providing the right tools and strategies, nonprofits can stay focused on what they care about most: delivering value to their members, donors, and constituents.
With an MBA from Drexel University and advanced executive education from Harvard Business School, Mihai combines strategic insight with a hands-on approach to delivering solutions that empower nonprofits to achieve their mission and maximize impact.
